MR. PHILIP POON CHIN CHUNG
Partner
Mr. Poon was admitted as an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1982 and became a fellow member of the Institute in 1991. Mr. Poon started his career in the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department and later received his professional training in Arthur Young (now known as "Ernst and Young"). In 1982, Mr. Poon joined a major listed multi-national corporation in Hong Kong as the Group Taxation Manager. Mr. Poon possesses more than 20 years experience in corporate restructuring, auditing, international tax issues and other corporate matters.
MR. LI MAN FAI
Partner
Mr. Li is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1980. He had been the President of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (Year 2003 to 2005) and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic (Now the Hong Kong Polytechnic University) in 1977 and joined the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department in the same year. After 15 years working in the Revenue, he moved to public accounting field in 1992.
Apart from auditing and accounting, Mr. Li has extensive experience in tax investigation, field audit and tax planning in cross-border transactions.
MR. DANNY LEY
YEE CHUNG

Mr. Ley is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1995. He graduated from the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong (now the City University of Hong Kong) in 1989 and started his professional training in KPMG Peat Marwick in the same year.
Mr. Ley possesses vast experience in auditing, risk management and financial advisory services, including financial and commercial due diligence.
MR. EDDIE SIN

Mr. Sin has solid experience in auditing, taxation and other corporate matters. He is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of The Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. He has vast experience in the audit of charitable organizations in Hong Kong and is familiar with the government compliance requirements of many charitable bodies.

Daphne has been with our firm for over 10 years and is mainly involved with assurance and related services. She has extensive experience in auditing, taxation, accounting and related fields for various enterprises operating within investment, property holding, trading, manufacturing and non-profit making industries.
Daphne is a Hong Kong practising certified public accountant and a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also is a member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and a certified tax adviser (Hong Kong).
